Not enough time to read all of the content on our website? Here is a summary of who we are:

Quantum Medical Billing is a full-service revenue cycle management company specializing in Plastic Surgery medical billing. Based in the suburbs of Chicago, but serving Clients nationally, QMB has built a reputation for helping move our Clients to the next level.

QMB offers a wide array of customizable services and will work with you to create a solution that best fits your needs. Beyond medical billing and coding, you can choose from: patient benefits & eligibility, insurance credentialing, hospital credentialing, medical license applications & renewals, clinical documentation review, prior authorizations and pre-determinations, medical policy review, outstanding A/R resolution, and various practice management services.

We are confident that our systems, knowledge, and expertise in plastic surgery billing will meet the needs of your practice and will make a significant, positive difference in the strength of your revenue cycle.

The foundation of Quantum Medical Billing was formed over many years working for Dr. Raymond Janevicius. Founders Scott and Laura Carter continually focused on streamlining and simplifying medical billing for plastic surgery until a new business model was created. This model took plastic surgery coding, turned it into plastic surgery claims, which then became plastic surgery payments!

Though our systems continue to evolve, and our business model continues to improve, our values and commitment to our core principles remains unchanged.

There are many medical billing outsourcing companies that advertise medical billing and coding for plastic surgery, but with Quantum Medical Billing, it's in our DNA.

CLIENT QUOTE

Here is what a Plastic Surgeon (with a sense of humor) from California said about Quantum Medical Billing:

“When Scott asked me to write a testimonial, I flat out told him “NO” because everything I would say about working with Scott and his team would probably come across as some fictitious, made-up testimonial that companies do to make themselves look better than they actually are. I will not willingly be part of a “fake it ‘till you make it” scheme!
