What About Contracts?

Quantum Medical Billing does not require any long-term contracts. Though we do have Clients who have elected to sign on for longer periods of time in order to secure a reduced rate, most QMB Clients are on the month-to-month plan. The monthly plan begins immediately upon the completion of the initial term of our New Client agreement, and the initial term selected is decided solely by each new Client.

Our rationale for this is simple: we do not want any Client staying with QMB because of a contract; we want them to stay because of the services we provide, how we provide those services, and the positive difference we make in their revenue cycle.

Regardless of which services you choose, or how long you choose them for, rest assured that Quantum Medical Billing will work hard every single day in order to earn your trust and confidence; from the very first day of working your account, to the very last day of working it.

What About Hidden Fees? Or Surprise Fees?

You will never be charged a hidden fee by Quantum Medical Billing. Our pricing is as transparent as the work we perform on your account. All fees, rates, and terms are agreed to by both QMB and the Client prior to starting any new services.

As for surprise fees, we hope that you see those all of the time and start to look forward to them!

Not “surprise” (verb; to sneak up on; startle; ambush) fees; but a “SURPRISE” (noun; something amazing; state of amazement;astonishment; awe) fees - that is always our goal!
